Fine/Very Fine (F/VF) condition (7.0).  This square-bound copy is super clean with bright colour and gloss.  The spine is flat, showing light handling.  The cover is clean and flat, with a touch of handling to the open edge.  The back cover is clean.  Pages are clean, off-white and supple, but has some chipping to the bottom open corner.
