2nd full appearance and 1st Kingpin cover.  1st appearance of Robbie Robertson, a mentor to Peter Parker at the Daily Bugle.

Fine+ (F+) condition (6.5).  This copy has bright colour and gloss.  The cover is clean showing minor handling, the spine and outer edges show light handling.  There is a crease at the bottom of the spine that carries through to the back cover.  The back cover is clean showing light tanning.  The inside covers show tanning, the pages are clean, off-white and supple.  Page count is complete.
