1st appearance and origin of Bizarro

Fair/Good (FR/G) condition (1.5).  From the front, this is a great looking copy with bright colour and gloss.  The spine and open edge shows light handling.  The back cover is clean, however has a coupon cut out at the bottom, a 4'" x 2" paper loss.  Paper loss does not affect any story.  Pages are clean, off-white and supple.
